Patricia Thompson:
Yoga
with Patricia is like hot Hatha Soup - an
eclectic mix of influences and intention,
encouraging students to recognize their innate
wisdom and unbounded joy. Come feed your soul
with connection to the breath, postures that
challenge and strengthen, and union with that
which is universal.
Amy Caldwell:
Amy has trained in the disciplines of
Ashtanga (Tim Miller, BNS Iyengar), Sivananda
(Swami Sivanand, India), Iyengar (Roger Cole, Jo
Zukovich) and Anusara (Diana Beardsley)
combining elements of these styles into a
dynamic alignment-based flow. She and her loving
husband Michael have studied Vipassana
meditation and incorporate its teachings of
awareness into Yoga One and life with their two
beautiful children.

Michael Caldwell:
Michael
has been practicing yoga and incorporating its
philosophy into his life since 1997. He has
studied with Swami Sivanand and Roger Cole, as
well as with his wife Amy, and continues to
practice a blend of Sivananda, Ashtanga and
Iyengar techniques along with Vipassana
medititation. Michael's kind and gentle manner
is well suited to leading students of all
levels. A writer, he has published numerous
articles on yoga, meditation and well-being.

Simon 'Karta'
Ballard (pictured above):
Pranashakti is the primordial cosmic energy
inherent in breath (Prana is the Sanskrit for
"Breath" and Shakti means sacred force or
empowerment). It is the primordial cosmic energy
or the conscious connection through breath.
Weaving Sacred movements in alignment with the
Breath this form of Yoga is Invigorating,
Empowering, and Heart Opening creating Sacred
Space for you to embark on an incredible journey
beyond the physical body, guiding you deep into
the realms of the energetic, intuitive, subtle
mind, reconnecting you to the true self and
taking you to a place of peace, love, surrender,
stillness, and physical bliss.
Giselle Abadie: The Gong is the primal whisper of the soul, it is the sound that created the world, the sound within all sounds. Learning and exploring the Planetary Gongs, Tibetan Bowls, tuning fork has been my passion, and the greatest healing method I can share.
I also am a Kundalini Yoga teacher, as taught by and am studying the Ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, working with the five elements healing the body with food, herbs, and lifestyle management.
I am exploring the divine teachings of Osho through Vigyan Bhairav of Tantra and Mahasatvaa Ma Ananda Sarita. In essence, it is simply the art of being aware of what is going on inside and around us, with that centeredness everyday life is in meditation.

Santosh Maknikar
was born in Latur, India and grew up in a "yoga family:" in Maharastra, and has been practicing all his life. His yoga gurus in India were Harischandra Guruji and Deva Vrta Acharya.
He moved to the United States in 2005. He has been practicing since the age of 5 and from his love of yoga he created non profit organization Yoga for People (www.YogaForPeople.org ) so that everyone on the planet can experience the healing benefits of yoga.
Holly Robison began
her yoga journey while pregnant with her third
baby. She immediately discovered the physical,
psychological, and emotional benefits of having
a yoga practice. Her classes offer a mix of
encouragement, enthusiasm, love, compassion, and
humor through use of asana, pranayama,
meditation, relaxation techniques, and chanting.
As Owner and Director of Sundara Yoga Shala, HollyÕs
yoga vision and inspiration expands. She
encourages her students to tap into their
natural intuition while they learn how to guide
a safe, authentic yoga class of their own.
